Gender Diversity on Corporate Boards in Nigeria - A Survey by DCSL

Many countries continue to take deliberate steps (including setting quotas and requiring public disclosure) to address the underrepresentation of women on corporate boards. The Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance mandates the Board of Directors to approve a policy that promotes diversity in its membership and establish measurable objectives for achieving diversity in gender and other areas.
