For any international company in Nigeria looking to do business, a business permit is required. We guide our clients through this process, which requires them to first register a company in Nigeria or a similarly appropriate entity.

Similarly, all companies wishing to employ non-Nigerians must first apply for and obtain expatriate quota positions. In addition, all non-Nigerians intending to take up employment in Nigeria must be in possession of valid work permits.
