HISTORICAL EVOLUTION

DCSL Corporate Services Limited traces its roots back to its origins as a sub-unit within the Tax and Regulatory Unit of Akintola Williams Deloitte. Initially named "DTT Services," this sub-unit primarily offered company secretarial services to audit and tax clients of the firm. The pivotal transition occurred in March 1999 when the sub-unit was formally incorporated as DTT Services Limited.

In 2011, a transformative chapter unfolded as the company gained full autonomy, led by a dynamic Board and a new Management team. Despite its separation as a distinct legal entity, the company maintained its affiliation with Akintola Williams Deloitte (AWD) in substance.

Further solidifying its independent corporate identity, the company underwent a significant rebranding in October 2013. On December 12, 2013, DCSL Corporate Services Limited emerged as the new corporate identity. This strategic move emphasised the separation from its historical ties with AWD and underscored its corporate independence.

Throughout this corporate evolution, DCSL has not only maintained its core identity but has also fortified its team and introduced new service lines. These enhancements enable DCSL to comprehensively and effectively serve a diverse client base across key sectors of the Nigerian economy.
