President Muhammadu Buhari Signs the Companies and Allied Matters Bill into Law

President Muhammadu Buhari signed the Companies and Allied Matters Bill into law on Friday, August 7, 2020. The Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to the President, Mr. Femi Adesina announced the signing of the Bill via his twitter handle. The Bill, now an Act, repeals the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), 1990.
