Virtual Board Meeting - The New Normal

The novel coronavirus pandemic (“Pandemic” or “Covid-19”) has been referred to by many as a ‘black swan’. This is because Covid-19 has ushered an unprecedented disruption of communities and business around the globe. The pandemic has impacted industries and business sectors in different ways.
